Manage Tickets
There are two ways to manage your Charles Schwab Challenge tickets:
- Ticketmaster: If you purchased tickets or parking through Ticketmaster.com, sign-in here to manage your order.
- Account Manager: If you purchased tickets directly from the tournament office, a sales representative, or if you are a hospitality customer, verified military, or veteran, please use our Account Manager (view step-by-step instructions here).
Note: Account Manager is different than a standard Ticketmaster account.
Mobile Ticketing
The Charles Schwab Challenge offers its patrons a mobile ticketing management tool in Ticketmaster’s Account Manager. Account Manager provides fans the ability to enter the tournament using their mobile device or send tickets to friends and family. If you purchased your tickets on Account Manager, your mobile tickets will be available through the Account Manager login.

Where is Will Call Located?
Will Call
Our Will Call office is located offsite, at Log Cabin Village off of University Drive (2100 Log Cabin Village Ln, Fort Worth, TX 76109). Will Call will be open 7am-4pm Mon-Sat, and Sunday 7am-2pm during tournament week. The Will Call office is located at the Log Cabin Village. Ticket(s) for any guest(s) may be left at Will Call. ID is required to pick up tickets.
